The Mother Sri Lanka stall and presentation at the “Dayata Kirula” Exhibition, which was held to mark the 61^st Independence Day celebrations of Sri Lanka and which began at the BMICH on 4^th February 2009, was a great success.

Large numbers of the crowd which visited the exhibition also visited the Mother Sri Lanka stall and interested participants ranged from professionals and academics to school children and housewives. All who visited were very interested in the idea behind this program and how they too could contribute to developing Sri Lanka further. Many were also interested in volunteering or participating. As the stall materials were in all three languages, there was a great interest also displayed by those who spoke only Sinhala or Tamil.

Here crowds visit the Mother Sri Lanka stall and appreciate the concept of Mother Sri Lanka to inspire positive thinking and positive change among Sri Lankan.
